PPI Manufacturing has provided exceptional quality machining and milling for well over 40 years. We began as a small machine shop doing research and development (R&D) work for new product design. While we have become a leading manufacturer of plastics and metals, we continue to use our extensive experience in R&D for new products. At our secured 20,000 sq. ft. facility, we are able to manufacture a wide variety of prototypes. These prototypes are machined with high precision equipment including milling and turning. PPI is familiar with machining prototypes of a wide range of plastics and metals.
As an ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certified company, PPI produces the highest quality of parts with uncompromising accuracy – continually meeting tolerances of up to ±0.0005-tenths. Our machining capacity supports part dimensions up to 20-inches long by 16-inches wide by 16-inches high and our turning capacity can support parts 1/16- to 15-inches in diameter. PPI's R&D and prototyping process is complete from material purchase and parts manufacturing to any special processes required for a final product. PPI’s industry-leading capabilities allow for highly flexible lead times, including expedited capabilities when required.
